Thank you for visiting the Ultra Wash, Inc. website. Established in 1989, Ultra Wash provides the Bay Area with the most reliable, dependable power washing and related cleaning services available. Our company began as a home-based business with only two employees and quickly grew into a one-room shop with three vans and eight employees. Today we are based in Castro Valley, California and employ 16 employees and have a large shop area, a fleet of seven mobile power washing vehicles, three water recovery trailers and three steam (hot) cleaning vehicles.

Ultra Wash is an environmentally conscious company that abides by all state and county water regulations. We are a recognized Surface Cleaner and have been trained and certified by Bay Area Stormwater Management Agencies Association (BASMAA). Our technicians are trained in all forms of water and liquid debris recovery, so that the water we use in our power washing is collected in our water recovery trailers and disposed of in the most environmentally safe manner possible. In addition, we are registered with the Department of Toxic Substances Control (EPA ID#: CAL000195082).
